How does billing work?+
You load a prepaid balance and every completed call is rated per-second by longest-prefix match, then deducted from your wallet. There are no monthly fees or minimums — you only pay for connected calls.
What happens when my balance hits zero?+
Outbound calling is disabled immediately. The switch computes a maximum call duration from your balance before each call and ends the call before you can go negative, so you can never overspend.
Do I have to use your dialer?+
No — there isn't one. You get standard SIP credentials that work with MicroSIP, Zoiper, or any softphone. Configure them as a manual route and dial however you like.
Why do I have to verify a caller ID?+
US law (the Truth in Caller ID Act) prohibits presenting a number you don't control. We place an automated verification call or text to confirm ownership. Verified numbers also earn better attestation and answer rates.
How do I pay?+
With crypto — Bitcoin or stablecoins. Payments confirm quickly, are irreversible, and never bounce or charge back.
Can I get call records?+
Yes. Every completed call writes a detailed record you can filter by destination, status, and date, and export to CSV from your dashboard.
Is there a contract?+
No. It's prepaid — top up when you want, stop when you want. Your balance stays on your account.
