Acceptable Use Policy

By using SipMaster you agree to the following. Violation may result in immediate suspension.

1. Caller ID

You may only present a Caller ID (calling number) that you own or are expressly authorized to use. All numbers must be verified through our verification process before use.

Transmitting misleading or inaccurate caller identification information with intent to defraud, cause harm, or wrongfully obtain anything of value is illegal and strictly prohibited.

2. Consent & Do-Not-Call

You are responsible for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the FCC's rules, and applicable state law.

You must obtain any legally required prior consent, scrub against the National Do-Not-Call Registry and your internal do-not-call list, honor opt-out requests within 10 days, and observe permitted calling hours.

3. Prohibited traffic

No robocalling, spoofing, spam, fraud, harassment, or any calling that violates law.

No traffic to high-cost, premium-rate, or fraud-prone destinations that are blocked or restricted on your account without prior authorization.

4. Billing

Calls are prepaid and rated against your wallet balance the moment each call ends. Answered calls are billed the applicable per-minute destination rate, rated by longest-prefix match.

A flat connection fee of $0.050 applies to every call attempt, whether or not the call is answered — this includes calls that ring with no answer, reach a busy signal, or are rejected by the far end. Calls that our network cannot route (for example, temporarily unavailable destinations) are not charged.

When your balance reaches zero, outbound calling is disabled until you add funds. Crypto top-ups are final and non-refundable once confirmed on-chain.

5. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate any account immediately for suspected spoofing, fraud, traceback requests from the Industry Traceback Group, or breach of this policy.

6. Cooperation

We cooperate with lawful requests from carriers, the FCC, and law enforcement, and we maintain records of caller-ID verification and call detail for traceback purposes.
